Spokane Bird Dog Association is hosting a rattlesnake avoidance clinic on Friday, June 23, 2023.
The professionals from Natural Solutions Wildlife will be teaching dogs to stay away from rattlesnakes by sight, sound and smell on Friday (Not Saturday!), June 23, in Medical Lake. This is for all breeds/types of dogs, not just hunting dogs.
Cost is $80/dog, paid in person day of, cash or check. No cards. Dogs should be about 6 months or older, and all you need to bring is the dog. The owner will be nearby observing, but the dog is handled by professionals. Training usually only takes 15 minutes, and we try to have folks in and out in an hour. By appointment only, and only offered this one day.
